Fortune Group of Hotels makes no additional charge for payment by credit or debit cards.
Check in and check out times
Fortune Group of Hotels operates a 2pm check in time and 12 Noon check out time.
Extra charges apply for guaranteed early check-in and late check-out.
Early Check in before 6am: 100% of the room charges; between 6am – 12noon : 50% of the room charges
Late Check out after 12noon – 6pm: 50% of the room charges, subject to availability after 6pm: 100% of the room rate to be charged; Subject to room availability only
Pets policy
Dogs are not permitted in Fortune Group of Hotels, which would include dogs for the blind or visually impaired, or dogs for the deaf or hard of hearing.
Bookings, Payment and Cancellations policy
All pre-paid Promotional rates are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Prepayment rates are paid at time of booking. Pay now and save
Bookings made on the Flexible public rates may be cancelled up to two days prior to arrival. No deposit required
A credit card is required to confirm the booking and all flexible rates will be charged for the entire stay one day prior to arrival
One Night charge will be applicable, if the reservation is not cancelled or changed before 48 hours.
One night charge will be applicable for no-show.
Groups policy
Separate terms and conditions apply to groups of Eight rooms and above, conferences and wedding party. Please contact Fortune Group of Hotels directly for information on the full groups and tours terms and conditions.
Additional charges
Upon arrival at the hotel, Fortune Group of Hotels operates a said deposit for any additional charges during the stay which can be made with the accommodation payment credit card or an alternative card or cash. You will be provided for a receipt at this time and any unused deposit will be refunded to you at check out time. Additional charges may include Grab and Go breakfast or other food and beverages, or telephone charges.
Extra Bed
The maximum number of extra bed / cribs in a room is one only.
Children’s policy
The charge for children is not automatically included in the rate but will be applied as follows:
- Children 5 and under stay and dine for free
- Children 5 years and up to 11 years: breakfast is not included in the rate.
- Children above 12 years will be considered as Adult and will be charged full rate.
Meal rates are not included in the contracted rates and will be charged directly to the guest unless the guest’s name and number of children accompanying them appear on the issued voucher.
